CDIVI Attachment B Town of Erie Water Conservation Plan Scope of Work, January 2007 . Reviews of Plan deliverables will be limited to the steps outlined in Deliverables below. . Erie will provide a single set of coordinated comments to the Contractor on each deliverable it reviews. . One meeting will be held in Erie to discuss data requirements for the Plan. The Contractor will work with Erie in developing the Plan and related deliverables outlined below. Deliverables Contractor will submit the following: . Draft Plans submitted electronically to Erie as specified in the schedule (Table 3) . Draft and Final Plan submitted to CWCB as specified in the schedule (Table 3) . Five hard copies and one electronic copy of the Final Plan incorporating public comments, submitted to the Erie after CWCB's final approval. The development of the Plan is divided into subtasks similar to what is indicated in the CWCB guidelines. These subtasks list the items that need to be included to meet the requirements of 937-60-126(7) C.R.S. as well as references the recommendations in the CWCB Guidance Document. Task 1.1 Profile the Existing Water System Purpose The activities described under this task will provide information on Erie's existing water supply system. Approach The following items will be addressed and compiled in the Plan. . Profile physical characteristics of the existing water supply system . Identify all sources of water . Characterize water costs and pricing . Review current policies and planning initiatives . Summarize current water conservation activities Task 1.2 - Characterize Water Use and Demand Forecast Purpose The activities described under this task will provide information on the Erie's existing and projected water use.
