<br />CDIVI <br /> <br />Attachment B <br />Town of Erie Water Conservation Plan Scope of Work, January 2007 <br /> <br />Attachment B <br />Town of Erie <br />Water Conservation Plan <br />Scope of Work <br />January 2007 <br /> <br />This scope of work (Scope) describes the work to be performed by the Town of Erie <br />(Erie) and Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. (Contractor) to develop a Water Conservation <br />Plan (Plan) in accordance with 937-60-126(7) C.R.S. The recommendations provided in <br />CWCB's Water Conservation Plan Development Guidance Document (CWCB <br />Guidance Document) will be consulted in developing the Plan. This scope of work has <br />been developed to reflect the recently-revised Guidelines for the Financial Assistance <br />to Covered Entities to Develop Water Conservation Plans. <br /> <br />The Scope includes the following tasks, each of which is described in detail below. <br /> <br />. Task 1 - Develop Water Conservation Plan <br />. Task 2 - Public Outreach <br />. Task 3 - Project Management and Grant-Related Administration <br /> <br />Task 1 - Develop Water Conservation Plan <br /> <br />Purpose <br /> <br />Water conservation plans are required under the Water Conservation Act of 2004 for <br />covered entities that seek financial assistance from the CWCB or the Colorado Water <br />Resources and Power Development Authority (CWRPDA). The objective of this task <br />is to develop a Plan that references the recommendations in the CWCB Guidance <br />Document as well as meet the requirements specified in 937-60-126(7) C.R.S. This will <br />ultimately enable Erie to apply for state financial assistance for subsequent projects. <br /> <br />Approach <br />The Plan will be developed following the format recommended in the CWCB <br />Guidance Document and schedule presented in Table 3. <br /> <br />Assumptions <br /> <br />. Erie will provide the Contractor with all available requested data and information <br />needed for development of the Plan. See Table 1 in Section 3.0 for a list of Erie's <br />staff members anticipated to be involved with the Plan development process. <br /> <br />.
