Keith Eberhardt, P.E. <br />Supervising Vater Resource Specialist <br />Colorado Vater Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 721 <br />Denver, Co. 80203 <br /> <br />AUG 1 119\ <br /> <br />Dear Keith, <br /> <br />Per our telephone conversation of July 26, 1991, the fOllowing infor.ation <br />is submitted in support of the Crystal Lakes Vater and Sewer Association's <br />ability to finance Upper Lone Pine Lake. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the fOllowing documents: <br /> <br />1. The last two (2) Association audit reports - FY 88-89 and FY 89-90. The <br />Associations fiscal year runs from June 1 through Hay 31. The audit for FY <br />90-91 will be conducted in October or November 1991. <br /> <br />2. A copy of the Kay 31, 1991 financial statement, Le. an unaudited year <br />end for FY 90-91. <br /> <br />3. A copy of the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws for the Association. <br /> <br />4. A copy of the Amended Kaster Declaration for the Association. This <br />document specifically gives tbe Board of Directors its assessment authority' <br />and collections authority. <br /> <br />In summary, the Association is a Colorado nonprofit corporation with over <br />1400 active members. Each member is presently assessed $90.00/year and <br />improved properties are assessed an additional S35.00/year. The Board of <br />Directors has the authority to assess additional dues and is dedicated to' <br />the completion of Upper Lone Pine Lake. The membership has been notified <br />tbat additional assessments will be imposed soon in order to finance this <br />project. The Association presently has the funds to finance it's one-half <br />of the feasibility study and after review of that study will take the <br />necessary measures to ensure funding for the project. <br /> <br /> <br />.
