April to September Naturalized Stream flow:
Upper Colorado (River above Kremmling):
Despite what appears to be some useable information, the connections between
the HCI values and the following 2-year averages for stream flow do not indicate any
initial tangible value. A user may wish to examine the cross connection of multiple HCI
variables.
Middle Colorado (River from Kremmling to Glenwood Springs):
Despite what appears to be some useable information, the connections between
the HCI values and the following 2-year averages for stream flow do not indicate any
initial tangible value. A user may wish to examine the cross connection of multiple
variables. The one exception might be to examine the late fall/early winter NAO values.
Eagle:
A reasonable connection exists with the SOI and the AMO. To potentially
improve any outlook would be to cross check the SOI and the AMO with each other but,
each variable can provide some insight in and of itself
Roaring Fork:
A reasonable connection exists with the SOI and the AMO. To potentially
improve any outlook would be to cross check the SOI and the AMO with each other but,
each variable can provide some insight in and of itself.
White:
A reasonable connection with the SOI and the AMO exists, however, it is less
firm than the basins listed immediately above. To potentially improve any outlook would
be to cross check the SOI and the AMO with each other but, each variable can provide
some insight in and of itself.
39
