1 completed. <br /> 2 SECTION 14. Continuation of the weather modification <br /> 3 program -appropriation. (1) In addition to any other appropriation, <br /> 4 there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Colorado water <br /> 5 conservation board construction fund not otherwise appropriated, to the <br /> 6 department of natural resources, for allocation to the Colorado water <br /> 7 conservation board, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2008, the surri of <br /> 8 one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000), or so much thereof <br /> 9 as may be necessary, for the board to continue to assist water <br /> 10 conservation districts, water conservancy districts, and other water <br /> 11 providers with the development of cloud seeding programs that provide <br /> 12 benefits to recreation, streams, and reservoirs through snowpack <br /> 13 enhancement. <br /> 14 (2) The amounts appropriated in this section are in addition to <br /> 15 amounts appropriated previously for the weather modification program. <br /> 16 The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of this section shall remain <br /> 17 available for the designated purposes until the project is completed. <br /> 18 SECTION 15. Continuation of the Cache La Poudre river <br /> 19 floodway project -appropriation. (1) In addition to any othier <br /> 20 appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in t:he <br /> 21 Colorado water conservation board construction fund not otherwise <br /> 22 appropriated, to the department of natural resources, for allocation to tlhe <br /> 23 Colorado water conservation board, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, <br /> 24 2008, the sum of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), or ;so <br /> 25 much thereof as may be necessary, for the board to continue to participate <br /> 26 in a floodplain improvement feasibility study along the Cache La Poudre <br /> 27 river in the city of Greeley.
