<br />Industrial water use outside the municipal boundaries is estimated to increase from its 1994 level
<br />of 17,152 acre-feet annually to 70,310 acre-feet annually in 2045. This estimate is based on the
<br />assumption that industrial water use will increase in proportion to municipal water use and is
<br />derived by determining the percent municipal increase and using that number to extrapolate the
<br />industrial water use estimate for the year 2045 [(174,446/42,556) x 17,152 = 70,310 acre-feet]
