Rarely do national or international groups help those at the local leveL Colorado <br />needs a statevo/ide program focused solely 011 the needs of s111aH and large v-Iater conservation projects. ~rhe Colorado <br />\Vater\Vise Council has cDnservation and efficiency as its n1ain focus for COlTI1TIUnitles and \vater providers in (~olorado. <br />rrhis Blakes it unique among non-profits and governnlental agencies. <br /> <br />Therefore, we strongly e.ncourage the eWeB and the Oftic.e of Water Conservation and Drought Planning to rec.ognize the <br />lnerits of the CWWC grant application and a\vard the requested funds to this vitally itnportant progran1.
