<br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />REPORT OF THE ENGINEER ADVISERS <br />TO THE RIO GRANDE COMPACT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />March 4, 2005 <br /> <br />COMPACT ACCOUNnNG <br />The Engineer Advisers to the Rio Grande Compact Commissioners have reviewed the streamflow <br />and reservoir storage records and other pertinent data and have determined the scheduled and actual <br />deliveries, and release of Usable Water during calendar year 2004. Usable Water in Project Storage remained below 400,000 acre-feet for <br />the entire year. Consequently, Article VII of the Compact was in effect during the entire year. <br />The Engineers Advisers met in Santa Fe and Albuquerque from February 28 through March 4 to <br />prepare the 2004 Compact water accounting and to discuss continuing and new issues in preparation for <br />the 2005 annual meeting of the Rio Grande Compact Commission (Commission).
