<br />W17-1 <br /> <br />As set forth in Paragraph VIll.A.S of the Cooperative Agreement, the FWS <br />will request the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation ("Foundation") to <br />expend funds collected and held by the Foundation for flow augmentation <br />pursuant to biological opinions for existing water related activities and new <br />small depletions in the state in which such activity occurs.
