<br />Water Supply Reserve Account - Grant Application Form <br />Form Revised May 2007 <br /> <br />the size of the emergency spillway. The work includes the creation of an inflow <br />hydrograph and routing of the inflow hydrograph through the proposed reservoir <br />structure to determine the size and shape of the emergency overflow structure. <br />The work also includes coordination with the State Engineer's office to <br />determine how the state will classify this dam for final design purposes. <br /> <br />. Method or procedure that will be used or followed to accomplish the task and <br />identify who will undertake the task: <br /> <br />The PMF study and dam break models will be completed in compliance with the <br />Colorado State Engineer's office requirements. <br /> <br />. Description of the major deliverablesjproducts that will be produced upon <br />successful completion of the task: <br /> <br />Tetratech RMC will issue a letter indicating how the State Engineer's Office plans <br />to classify the proposed Old Dillon Reservoir Enlargement dams. <br /> <br />Tetratech RMC will prepare a PMF study which will outline the inflow and outflow <br />characteristics of the proposed reservoir and determine the emergency spillway <br />size and location. <br /> <br />Tetratech RMC will prepare a study outlining the results of their dam break <br />analysis. <br /> <br />II. Personnel <br /> <br />Provide a list of key water activity/project participants and their qualifications to accomplish the water <br />activity/project. If specific individuals or firms have not yet been identified indicate the types of expertise that <br />will be sought (Le. professional engineering firm, registered land surveyor, aquatic biologist etc.). <br /> <br />Tetratech RMC will be hired to complete the engineering portions of the project. <br />Tetratech RMC's work will be supervised by Rich Tocher, P.E. who is one of the firm's <br />principals. Tetratech RMC is an established engineering company with a local office in <br />Breckenridge that has an expertise in water resources engineering. <br /> <br />Environmental assessment work will be completed by Michael Claffey and Lisa Sakata <br />who specialize in the assessment, analysis and mitigation of environmental and <br />wetlands issues. <br /> <br />10 <br />
