<br />~ ~ <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br /> <br />3.6 Meetings and Coordination: Throughout this effort we anticipate the following: <br /> <br />> Two meetings with Grand County and/or the management committee. <br />> Two working meetings with the Project Team <br />> Ongoing coordination with the County, NWCOG and Management Committee <br /> <br />COST ESTIMATE <br /> <br />A detailed cost estimate is presented in the attached fee proposal for Phase 3. Individual tasks are for <br />budgeting purposes only. Fees for services shall be based on the overall project budget, i.e., a "Not to <br />Exceed" amount, not on individual task budgets. Meeting and Coordination tasks are estimates only. <br />Actual time required will be invoiced. Actual Costs for prints, plans, mileage, etc. will be invoiced on a <br />cost plus 10% basis. <br /> <br />QUALIFICATION OF SERVICES <br /> <br />This section presents specific work items that are not part of the proposed Scope of Work. Performance <br />of these tasks could be executed at the request of the County.
