Additional Information - If you feel you would like to add any additional pertinent information please <br />feel free to do so here. <br /> <br />Grand County is requesting $100,000 for this grant To date, ilie County has already spent $423,849.00 on Phases I <br />and II of the SMP. Phase ill costs are $396,546.00 If this grant application is approved for the full amount <br />requested, the county will spend an additional $296,546.00 to see.iliis project to its completion. <br /> <br />There is tremendous dissention among interested parties as to wheilier ilie Upper Colorado River Basin resources <br />are already over-allocated or whether iliey can continue to supply future development and if so, for how long. and of <br />what nature. Grand County has commissioned the Stream Management Plan in order be able to bring an informed <br />voice to the table when participating in any of the IBCC guiding principles I through 10.
