Individual tasks are for <br />budgeting purposes only. Fees for services shall be based on the overall project budget, i.e., a “Not to <br />Exceed” amount, not on individual task budgets. Meeting and Coordination tasks are estimates only. Actual <br />time required will be invoiced. Actual Costs for prints, plans, mileage, etc. will be invoiced on a cost plus <br />10% basis. <br /> <br />QUALIFICATION OF SERVICES <br /> <br />This section presents specific work items that are not part of the proposed Scope of Work. Performance of <br />these tasks could be executed at the request of the County. Additional services will be invoiced on an hourly <br />basis in conjunction with our current Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />1)Wetland delineations and mitigation design <br /> <br />2)Permitting <br /> <br />3)Floodplain mapping for FEMA submittals <br /> <br />4)Construction documents <br /> <br />5)Public meetings <br /> <br />6)Groundwater drainage analysis <br /> <br />7)Easement acquisition and securing right to access property for execution of work <br /> <br />8)Geotechnical and structural analyses <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />The proposed project builds on two previous efforts undertaken by Grand County to address non- <br />consumptive needs in the basin. The application did not fully summarize the information required in Part <br />B.4 of the application so the geographic boundary of the study area is unclear. Additional background <br />information would be helpful for staff to more fully understand the goals and objectives. For example, what <br />environmental and/or recreational attributes/resources have been identified as important to the applicant and <br />what is the current status of these attributes. To the extent possible it would be helpful if this could be <br />summarized geographically/spatially and temporally. <br /> <br />It should be noted that development of non-consumptive templates are not required for compliance with HB <br />1177 as stated on Page 4 of the application. HB 1177 requires Basin Roundtables to complete a non- <br />consumptive needs assessment the applicable language from Section 37-75-104(2)(c) Colorado Revised <br />Statutes states: <br />“Using data and information from the Statewide Water Supply Initiative and other appropriate sources and in <br />cooperation with the on-going Statewide Water Supply Initiative, develop a basin-wide consumptive and <br /> 6 <br />
