Techniques developed for project control, programs developed <br />for training personnel to perform qualIty work in a safe manner, and the <br />relationship of company management personnel internally to project <br />personnel and externally to client personnel are presented. The strong <br />position of WSSI to handle the business management, financial capability, <br />administrative, accounting and audit requirements of the work is included <br />as Section 4. Facilities located in Ft.
