significant input; examples: Jim Yahn: program in North Sterling where
North Sterling leases to Xcel Energy in Bn~sh area; received report on Cal
Verde; discussed grant due on March 31 through CWCB $1.5 million
available to AK and South Platte Basin to look at how a template of these
programs of ag leasing would look; guidelines from CWCB available; one
of the issues is the timeline of March 31; 10% cash match required; would
this roundtable want to support this or come up with a program to support
this? Met in order to focus on the grant last week; issue is need for
specificity while maintaining broad support.
• Other issues Yampa Follow-up Meeting:
Bill Jerke: Yampa is having meeting on April 16. Perhaps this would be a
good time to follow up; however, meeting is in Rangely. Only meet
quarterly.
Eric Hecox: Understanding is that they have looked for something written
from leadership before next meeting. They would like to have something
written in front of their membership at April meeting. Thus, this
roundtable needs to put something forward.
Bill Jerke: We will then have something.
Tom Iseman: Non-Consumptive Needs Sub-Committee: have met with
Metro roundtable; to date have met 2 times. Have looked at attributes and
mapping them and looking at priorities. March 5 and March 18 for
anyone worlang on this; subconunittee would like to do presentation at
April meeting to present the steps they have made and direction. Larry,
Bert, Bob and Tom: Joint with Metro.

largest body of water in CO; 939,000 ac ft when full; total lmillion acft:
priority date: 1957; hydropower 54 cubic ft per second; average feet: 800
cubic feet per second; Black Canyon: Gumuson Tunnel: Sr water right 1903
decree: to Uncompaghre project; critical habitat for endangered fish;
Hydropower decree-24/7
