<br />I. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />,I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />e. prepare and send out minutes of all Association and all Board meetings; <br />f, provide notice to all Board members, and shareholders if applicable, of the time and <br />place of the Meetings; <br />g. provide copies of amended By-laws to all members. <br /> <br />Section 4: Treasurer. <br /> <br />The Treasurer, who shall be an Association Member, shall: <br /> <br />a. maintain the financial records of the Association and keep a complete set of books <br />showing all the accounts, property and transactions of the Association; <br />b. prepare checks for the accurate payment of Association bills Association checks over <br />$100.00 must be countersigned by either the President or the Secretary, or a lett~~r <br />concurring with the expenditure and signed by the President or the Secretary must be <br />kept on file; <br />c. serve as a custodian of all money of the Association, collect all Member assessments, <br />special assessments and other money due the Association, issue receipts for same, if <br />required, and deposit such funds promptly into the Association's bank account; <br />d. report to the Members, at least annually, on all business transacted by the Treasmer <br />and of the status of all accounts; <br />e. make a report at each Board meeting on the Association's. bank balance and eXpl~nses <br />since the last meeting; and <br />f. provide account information for any Association loan request. <br /> <br />Section 5: Vice President. <br /> <br />The Vice President, who shall be an Association Member and be the outgoing President <br />of the Association, shall: <br /> <br />a, provide advise for the incoming President; and <br />b. in the absence of the President or if the President is unable to discharge the duties of <br />his/her office, the Vice President shall act in his/her place and exercise all powers of <br />the President. <br /> <br />Section 6: Officer Absences. <br /> <br />In the absence of the President and the Vice President, or if the President and the Vice <br />President should be unable to execute the duties of the President, the members may dect <br />a President Pro-tern to carry out the duties of President. <br /> <br />In the absence of the Vice President, or if the Vice President should be unable to execute <br />the duties of the Vice President, the members may elect a Vice President Pro-tern to carry <br />out the duties of the Vice President. <br /> <br />~ <br />
