The UPBCC, according to State Engineer records found in appendix
A, diverts on average approximately 30,000 acre feet of water per
year for irrigation and approximately 2,500 acre feet for
augmentation. The UPBCC has lots of room for additional
diversions under their decree. The 1972 UPBCC augmentation decree
sets a maximum diversion for augmentation at 12,000 acre feet far
greater than their average diversion.

Cost Estimate

The estimated total project cost is $75,000. Project planning
and engineering design will be provided by Brent Nation of Nation
Engineering Services, LLC.

Item

Estimated Cost

1.
