Initial indications <br /> <br />were that portions of the required financing could only be <br /> <br /> <br />obtained through private financing. Thus the proposed financing <br /> <br />for the project was as follows: <br /> <br />Private Financing through Bonds <br />State Funds (to be repaid by use charges) <br />Total <br /> <br />$250,000 <br />250,000 <br />$500,000 <br /> <br />The Project <br /> <br />A careful review and estimate of the work to be completed <br /> <br />indicated that not all the project could be built immediately. <br /> <br />The district decided that the first priority would be to build <br /> <br />the raw water storage to implement the, augmentation plan and use <br /> <br />-5- <br />
