Briefly describe the construction requirements: <br /> <br />The construction requirements are not defined at this time. However, <br />these requirem~nts should be available after a feasibility study of the entire <br />water supply system is completed. The district plans to embark on such a <br />study during the early part of 1978 and have it completed during the first <br />half of the year. <br /> <br />4. Are the water rights now owned by the applicant sufficient for the <br />contemplated project?: NO <br />If NO, briefly explain how the water rights could be obtained: <br /> <br />Currently, the district is in the process of developing a plan of augmenta- <br />tion to provide for the future needs of the district. The ultimate consumptive <br />use of water for the district will be approximately twenty acre feet a year. The <br />district is currently negotiating with the City of Englewood to provide water in <br />the necessary quantities and at the times required to alleviate any injuries <br />caused to the downstream senior surface water appropriators. <br /> <br />5. Approximately h?w many families would benefit from the project?: <br /> <br />150 Families (Current). and 548 Families (Ultimate) <br /> <br />2 <br />
