<br />B. Design and Construction Elements <br /> <br />1. Hydrologic analysis was not required. <br />2. Hydraulic design requirements were completed using <br />guidance from the Area Engineer and State Engineer. <br />3. Geotechincal analysis/design requirements were not <br />needed. <br />4. Structural design requirements were met using an <br />NRCS standard design dated September 1999 by <br />technician Jim Schaffer. <br />5. The field office staff addressed environmental <br />considerations. <br />6. A set of plans containing plan and section views of <br />the structures is completed. <br />7. Construction specifications that were used were in <br />accordance with the Structure for Water Control <br />Standard, code #587. <br />8. Construction inspection requirements will include <br />an inspector on site during staking and placement <br />of each of the thirteen (13) structures. <br /> <br />IV.
