Task 3 - SeelJ Prevention 01' Collection Alternatives and ConceDtual Desi!!"

RMC will evaluate several altenlatives for seep prevention or collection and recovery based on data
collected in Tasks 1 and 2 and generate conceptu.allevel cost estimates for each alternative.. RMC
will meet with the Town of Frederick to discuss alternatives and provide a conceptual design of the .
selected alternative. An engineer's cost estitnate for the selected design wiU also be proVided as part
of Task 2,

Task" - eWeR Loan ADDlication Assistance

RMC will provide the technical data to assist in completing the application for a Colorado Water
Conservation Board raw water project loan. Technical assistance will include review of the economic
value or feasibility of the project, raw water demands and an existing water rights summary.

This scope of work and cost estimate has been prepared according to the effort we believe will be
required, The total cost of these services is approximately $24,500 as set forth in thefollowing table:

RMC will provide a justification for the changes along with an additional budget required to complete
the work if necessary changes of scope arise or if additional services are required by the Town. Only
when the requested increase is approved will the add.itional work be completed. We will prepare a
separate scope of work for filial design of the selected seep prevention or collection alternative once
the work set forth in this proposal is completed. Water rights will be included in a separate scope of
work. Permitting, contract documents, technical specifications and wetland delineation are
specifically excluded from this scope of work.
