The date the resolutions are adopted will <br />be used in the description of the revenues in the S~:curity Agreement (appendix 4; collateral <br />description). <br /> <br />4. Certificate of Insurance. Pursuant to paragraphs A.14 and B.6 of the Loan Contract, the <br />District must have insurance in the minimum limits described. The insurance company can <br />fax the certificate to me at 303-894-2578. No loan funds can be disbursed until the Company <br />has provided proof of insurance. <br /> <br />As soon as the signed contract documents and attorney opinion letter are returned, it takes <br />approximately five to ten working days for the State to execute the contract, at which time the <br />loan funds will be available.
