same, in any irrigating season, and who have paid all

assessments for superintendence and maintenance ~nd other

lawful purposes duly made, accordi.ng to the number of shares

or water rights which they own or have the right to use

respectively. He shall attend thE! meetings of the Board of

Directors and report at any meeting, either verbally or in

writing, the condition of the ditch and property of the

company, what repairs, if any, arE! needed, and such other

matters as may be required by the Board of Directors.

ARTICLE VIII

Apportionment and Delivery of Water
Sea.!. Any stockholder of t;his company who shall have
paid from time to time any assessnlents properly levied on
his stock shall be entitled to receive water from the canal
of the company, delivered at a headgate in the canal, to be
paid for by the water right owner, but under the control of
the company, in the following ratio: One (I) cubic foot per
second for everyone hundred (IOO) shares of stock. Such
water, however, shall be delivered only during the irrigation
season and pursuant to the reasonable rules and regulations,
being subject to modification and change at any time by the
Board of Directors. In times of scarcity water shall be pro
rated among the water right owners using the same according
to their respective interest.
ARTICLE IX
Seal
The Board of Directors shall provide a corporate seal,
the imprint of which is as follows:

ARTICLE X

Fiscal year
The fiscal year of the corporation shall be the calendar
'ar beginning on the 1st day of January of each year and
~ at midnight on the 31st day of December.
