Upon approval of the transfer, the District shall cause to be recorded <br /> <br /> <br />a certified copy of the application and the order thereon, as well as any releases or <br /> <br /> <br />subordination agreements deemed necessary, in the office of the clerk and recorder of <br /> <br /> <br />the county. <br />
