I , The Home Supply Ditch, and the Court finds that to transfer the six cubic feet of water repr~!sented by said two shares, owned by peti tioner, from the headgat~! of The Big Thompson Ditch and Manu- facturing Company's Di tch No '. 2, to the headgate of The Home Supply Ditch, and the use thereof, "ill'not and'cannot injuriously effect , . any vested or other rights oj~ any appropriator of water in said Water District No. 4j that p~!titioner needs andrequires such water to be so transferred fc)r the cultivation of his said lands. WHEREFORE,. IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the six cubic feet of wliter, represented by said two shares of stock owned by petitioner;, heretofox'e decreLto The Big Thomp- son Ditch and Manufacturing Gompany's Ditch No.2, be and the sarne is hereby ordered to be tram,ferred from the headgate of The Big Thompson Ditch and Manufactw~ing company'ls Ditch No.2 to the head- gate and intake of The Home Supply Ditch, for the purpose of being used by petitioner for the i]~rigation of that portion of his land which lies above the line of The Big Thompson Ditch and Manufactur- . ing Company's Ditch No.2, and that ,the sarne shall only'be used for the irrigatio~ of said lll.nds, and only to the extent necessary to properly irrigate the sarnc~.
