floodplain boundary delineations of the base flood along Dry Creek No, I from approximately 2,200 feet
downstream to approximately 1,650 feet upstream of Grandview Meadows Drive and from
approximately 4,000 feet upstream to approximately 6,000 feet upstream of Grandview Meadows
Drive, As a result of the modifications, the BFEs for Dry Creek No, 1 increased, and the width of the
SFHA increased in some areas and decreased in other areas, We also revised the FIRM and FIS report to
establish boundary delineations of a regulatory floodway along Dry Creek No, I from approximately
1,450 feet downstream to approximately 1,650 feet upstream of Grandview Meadows Drive and from
approximately 4,000 feet upstream to approximately 5,300 feet upstream of Grandview Meadows
Drive, The modifications are shown on the enclosed annotated copies of FIRM Panel 08013C0270 F,
Profile Panels 123P and 124P, and the newly added Floodway Data Table, This LOMR hereby revises
the above-referenced panel of the effective FIRM dated June 2,1995, and the affected portions of the FIS
report dated May 6, 1996,

Because this revision request also affects the unincorporated areas of Boulder County, a separate LOMR
for that community was issued on the same date as this LOMR

The modifications are effective as of the date shown above, The map panel listed above and as modified
by this letter will be used for all flood insurance policies and renewals issued for your community,
Because this LOMR will not be printed and distributed to primary users, such as local insurance agents
and mortgage lenders, your community will serve as a repository for these new data, We encourage you
to disseminate the information reflected by this LOMR throughout the community, so that interested
information, We also encourage you to prepare a related article for publication in your community's
local newspaper. This article should describe the assistance that officials of your community will give to
