We have completed our review of the submitted data and the flood data shown on the effective FIRM
and in the effective FIS report We have revised the FIRM and FIS report to modify the elevations and
floodplain boundary delineations of the base flood along Dry Creek No, 1 from approximately 1,650 feet
upstream to approximately 4,000 feet upstream of Grandview Meadows Drive and along Clover Basin
Tributary fromjust upstream to approximately 1,600 feet upstream of its confluencewithDry Creek
No, L As a result of the modifications, for Dry Creek No, 1, the BFEs increased, and the width of the
SFHA increased in some areas and decreased in other areas, Also as a result of the modifications, the
BFEs and the width of the SFHA for Clover Basin Tributary decreased, We also revised the FIRM and
FIS report to establish boundary delineations of regulatory floodways along Dry Creek No, 1 from
approximately 1,650feet upstream to approximately 4,000 feet upstream of Grandview Meadows Drive
and along Clover Basin Tributary fromjust upstream to approximately 300 feet upstream of its
confluence with Dry Creek No, 1, The modifications are shown on the enclosed annotated copies of
FIRM Panel 08013C0270 F; Profile Panels 123P, 124P, and 127P; and the newly added Floodway Data
Table, This LOMR hereby revises the above-referenced panel of the effective FIRM dated June 2, 1995,
and the affected portions of the FIS report dated May 6, 1996,

Because this revision request also affects the City of Long mont, a separate LOMR for that community
was issued on the same date as this LOMR

The modifications are effective as of the date shown above, The map panel listed above and as modified
by this letter will be used for all flood insurance policies and renewals issued for your community,
