There are 4a wells that were ~ormerly in the Groundwater <br />Appropr~ators of the South Pla#te ~GASP} Augmen~ation Plan, and ~here are 45 wells also covered <br />in the Augmenfation Plan of the Groundwate~ Management Subdistricf ~GMS~ o~ the Cent~al <br />Colorado VVater Conservancy Dis~~ict. The LLRC is seeking its own Augmentat~on Plan that w~~f <br />cover the former GASP we~ls, and supp~emenf coverage of the GMS weRls that are not expecfed tv <br />be fully covered. A 2007 SVIISP for LLRC was approved by the SE~ in May Z~Ol, wifh a totaE <br />repiacement obl~gation of ~56.6 acre-fee~. ~n 24D3, LLRC filed a permanent well augmentaf~an plan <br />#hat is pending. LLRC has concluded that addi~ionai rep~acement sources are necessary to provide <br />sufficienf replacement water during extended drought years. In March 2041, LLRC purchased the <br />384 acre Rothe Fa~m, including 4 shares of LLDC, w~th an estimated average of 36fi.2 acre-~eet o~ <br />consump#ive use. In May 2441, LLRC purchased the 55.9 acre DeJong Farm and wa~er rights for <br />whi~h included 2 sha~es of LLDC, with an estimated average of 54.1 acre-~eet of consumptive use. <br />The LLDC is an excellen~ replacemen# water sou~ce because of a senior water r~ght that sustains a <br />high yield dur~ng bath average and drought years. The C1NCB loan includes only the water rights <br />po~fian of the farrn purchases.
