<br />supplies odhe Colorado River from sources such as northern California, the Snake River/Columbia
<br />River drainkge and even as far away as Alaska's Yukon River. 128 Figure IV-2 was included in the
<br />Congressi0l1lal record. It shows a lengthy pipeline from the Snake River to Lake Mead.

<br />The Congressional debate over the CAP is lengthy and complicated with numerous plots and
<br />subplots. It involves all of the Basin States, Indian tribes and environmental groups, and the fate of
