Such reports shall be <br />4 submitted by December 31, 1984, and June 30, 1985. <br />5 SECTION 2. 37-82-104, Colorado Revised Statutes, is <br />6 amended to read: <br />7 37-82-104. Not to impair vested rights. Nothing in <br />8 sections 37-82-103 to 37-82-105 OR SECTION 37-82-107 shall be <br />9 construed to amend or repeal section 37-82-102; or impair, <br />10 diminish, or destroy any valid appropriation of water for any <br />11 beneficial use which has been made or decreed in accordance <br />12 with law; or modify, amend, or affect any decree of court or <br />13 the statutes limiting the time wherein appropriators must <br />14 appear for determination of priorities of right for diversions <br />15 from natural streams or the decisions of the courts construing <br />16 the statutes. <br />17 SECTION 3. 37-82-106, Colorado Revised Statutes, as <br />18 amended, is amended to read: <br />19 37-82-106. Right to reuse of imported water. <br />20 (1) Whenever an appropriator has lawfully INTRODUCED SALVAGED <br />21 WATER INTO A STREAM SYSTEM OR HAS introduced foreign water <br />22 into a stream system from an unconnected stream system, such <br />23 appropriator may make a succession of uses of such water by <br />24 exchange or otherwise to the extent that its volume can be <br />25 distinguished from the volume of the streams into which it is <br />26 introduced.
