CRITICAL ASSUMPTIONS AND CONSTRAINTS. <br />The study does not examine the potential for reallocation at the Bear Creek or Cherry <br />Creek projects. The study will, however, evaluate operations ofthese two projects in <br />conjunction with the potential for reallocation at Chatfield. Storage reallocation amounts <br />will not jeopardize the safety of the dam. If safe~y concerns are identified, implementable <br />solutions to resolve the concerns will be identified and incorporated into the study effort. <br />Since the study began, new requirements and delays in completing tasks have increased the <br />study costs and extended the scheduled completion dates.
