Experimental CDC “Forecast Guidance” <br />My final Jan-Mar forecast (left) continues to show an“all-red” (DRY) forecast in <br />the southwestern U.S., including Colorado. However, the weakesttilt towards <br />dryness stretches right through southern Colorado.
