What actually happened since December 1st? <br />The typical La Niña <br />outcome would have <br />been a wet winter in <br />the mountains & Front <br />Range, but a dry <br />winter in SE Colorado. <br />So far this winter, the <br />mountains have done <br />well, especiallyfrom <br />central Colorado <br />southward (early <br />December record- <br />storms?!), while the <br />eastern plains have <br />received above- <br />average moisture as <br />well (less in SE). <br />Do you feel lucky?! <br />
