What actually happened in Sep-Nov 2007? <br />The typical La Niña <br />outcome would have <br />dry <br />been a fall in the <br />mountains and a bit <br />of a toss-up east of <br />It ended <br />the Divide. <br />up dry in most of <br />the state <br />(especially <br />in November!), <br />except for the <br />northwestern part of <br />the statewhich did <br />better than normal. <br />However, a lot of that <br />moisture came early, <br />in the form of rain. <br />
