Dear Mr. East,
This letter is in reference to the proposed HET Toilet Distribution you arc planning to
conduct in the City of Northglenn. I am drafting this letter to confirm the support ol~ my
organisation, Sustainable Solutions International.
As submitted in our price and service proposal, we arc willing to supply the Caroma
Sydney 305 RF 1.6/.8gpf HET Dual Flush toilet for the price of $124.62. This price
includes the tank, bowl and seat. This will also include the wax ring and fixing kit, for
installation purposes. This price represents a total discount of $277.38 each for a total
discount of $138,690 versus the retail list pricing on this product of $402 each.
Along with the offer to supply, we are also willing to provide an AS&S package to
ensure your clients receive support after receiving the product. This means that clients
who receive product as part of your I IET distribution program will have direct access to
our Customer Service Department via the SSI 1-800 AS&S number, for help with any
product related questions or concerns.
