Orchard Cite -Orchard Cite Reservoir Project

Action: A motion «%as made by Keith Catlin and seconded by Eric Willcinson to
approve staff recommendation that the Board approve up to $480,000 to help
complete the Orchard Cite Reseivoil~ Project -Final Design, with the stipulation
that the aw-arded finds are matched with local funds. All products, data and
information developed as a result of this grant must be provided to CWCB in
hard copy and electronic format as part of the project documentation. This

approve staff recommendation that the Board a«ard funds of up to $68,000 to
assist with the costs associated with environmental compliance and permitting of
the Overland Reservoir Dam Enlargement. This recommendation in contingent
on resolution of the items in the Issues/Additional Needs section of the Board
notebook memo (also on the CWCB ~yebsite). It should be noted that past costs
can not be reimbursed. The motion was approved unanimously (8-0).

Action: A motion was made by Keith Catlin and seconded by Don Schwindt to approve
staff recommendation that the Board award funding of up to $79,000 from the
Basin Account and $230,000 from the State«~ide Account to assist with the costs
associated with the Paonia reservoir Sedimentation Study. It should be noted that
past costs can not be reimbursed. The motion was approved unanimously (8-0).
