(Attach scope of study, if available) <br />"phis is a study to evaluate alternative methods ofcurtaihng Colorado River water users within the <br />State should the temts of the Colorado River Compact fait to be met. The ['peer Colorado River <br />Basin States have an obligation under the Compact to assure that the ]0-year running average of <br />flows at Lee pony, Arizona does not fall below 75 maf. The L'pper Colorado River Basin States <br />also have an obligation to provide one-half of any deficiencies in the 1.5 maf delivery obligation to <br />Mexico pursuant to the 19~i4 Treaty with Mexico. <br />
