<br />water users in specific counties, these self-supplied water uses were added to <br />the county water demand estimate. <br /> <br />The water demand forecasts presented in Chapter 4 represent the baseline <br />forecast for the Statewide Water Supply Initiative. Chapter 5 identifies five <br />levels of water conservation effort that may be applied to the baseline water <br />demand forecast to represent the impact of future water conservation. The <br />results of applying these five levels of conservation to the county level <br />forecast are summarized in Chapter 5. Chapter 6 presents three alternative <br />water demand scenarios that incorporate alternative demographic growth <br />and the impact of future water conservation efforts. One of the three <br />scenarios represents" current" level of conservation as identified for each <br />county. Chapter 7 provides a discussion of consumptive use factors and <br />estimated consumptive use given the three alternative scenarios presented in <br />Chapter 6. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />1.
