Is Walden looking for storage to firm Michigan River rights? <br />Answer: Walden is looking at water treatment alternatives <br />Raw water storage for Walden on Silver Spur Creek -100 AF <br />. Residential development on 3S acre parcels limited to in-house well permit <br />SO AF could satisfy many homes and allow for outdoor irrigation <br />. Potential need for small augmentation reservoir <br />Would require funding assistance <br />. Concerns about depletions and endangered species out of state <br />Is the North Platte potentially impacted? <br />· Answer: The North Platte is affected, but will be "covered" under the three-state <br />Cooperative Agreement. <br />. Dam site inventory <br />Meadow Creek (IS years ago) and McFarland (1908) sites have been developed <br />. Will SWSI identify statewide alternatives beyond Tier 1 ? <br />Answer: Yes <br /> <br />Supply Methodology <br /> <br />Kelly DiNatale presented a brief overview of the methodology to be employed in SWSI for <br />estimating water supplies. The preliminary results of these analyses will be presented at BRT <br />Meeting #3. <br /> <br />Preparation for Basin Roundtable Meeting #3 <br />. BRT members were reminded of the following deadlines: <br />Completed objectives weighting forms due back by February 17, 2004 (two weeks). <br />Additional input on preliminary options list due by February 17, 2004 (two weeks). <br />Comments on preliminary demand results due by February 17, 2004 (two weeks). <br />Supply Methodology memo to be distributed by February 6, 2004. <br />. Next BRT meeting will be held after August 2S, 2004 (Skip 3rd meeting). <br />.
