<br />e,c) LORADO <br /> <br />1-.] <br />n~"'''IRTMr~,. .or; <br />NATUR1\.l. <br />r(ESOU]~ES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Rio Grande Basin Roundtable Technical Meeting #4 <br />August 19, 2004 - Alamosa <br />Meeting Summary <br /> <br />Welcome and Introductions <br /> <br />The Statewide Water Supply Initiative (SWSI) Basin Roundtable Technical (BRT) Meetings are <br />where local interests meet and exchange ideas, review and present water supply and demand <br />data, summarize planning initiatives, and help guide the development of water supply and <br />demand objectives and strategies for achieving the objectives. The focus of the meetings is <br />primarily on a consensus building process to address specific issues within each river basin. The <br />Rio Grande Basin Roundtable participants previously elected to not hold the third BRT meeting. <br />This was the last of the BRT meetings in the Rio Grande River Basin from September 2003 <br />through November 2004. <br /> <br />SWSI project team members Rick Brown from the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />(CWCB), and Kelly DiNatale from Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. (CDM), began the meeting by <br />welcoming the BRT meeting participants.
