The focus of the meetings is <br />primarily on a consensus building process to address specific issues within each river basin. <br />This was the second of approximately four BRT meetings in the Yampa/White/Green River <br />basin from September 2003 through November 2004. <br /> <br />SWSI project team members including Rick Brown from the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board (CWCB), and Sue Morea and Kelly DiNatale from Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. (CDM), <br />began the meeting by welcoming the BRT meeting participants.
