<br />4:00 p.m. Meeting: Office of Rep. Diana DeGette, Office of Rep. Tom Tancredo, <br />Office of Rep. Ed Perlmutter <br />Steve Plevniak (Rep. DeGette), Mac Zimmerman (Rep. Tancredo) and Michael Spira <br />(Rep. Perlmutter) <br />Tom Browning, Tracy Bouvette, John Hendrick, David Howlett, Marge Price, Jim <br />Reasoner and Mark Shively, Chatfield Reservoir Reallocation Coalition <br /> <br />Tom Browning opened the meeting, initiated introductions, and provided a brief <br />overview of the Coalition's mission. John Hendrick thanked Steve Plevniak, Mac <br />Zimmerman and Michael Spira for their members' leadership and help in securing FY07 <br />funding for the Chatfield FR/EIS and requested that the project continues to need his help <br />with the FY08 request. Tracy Bouvette and Tom Browning lead the discussion on <br />emerging issues impacting the Chatfield Reallocation, including Seismic Stability Report, <br />federal funding, cost of storage/WRDA, incorporating agricultural water into the FR/EIS, <br />project scheduling, including environmental and recreational mitigation, and oversight of <br />recreational mitigation. <br /> <br />Stan Sloss with the Office of Rep. Mark Udall, Tate Rosenbusch with the Office of Rep. <br />John Salazar and Joe Wollersheim with the Office of Rep. Marilyn Musgrave had <br />confirmed their attendance previously but were unable to attend. David Howlett and <br />Marge Price visited each office the next day, June 19, and delivered information for Stan, <br />Tate and Joe. In addition, Melissa Carlson with the Office of Rep. Doug Lamborn had <br />been invited but was unable to attend. Marge and David visited her office as well. David <br />has since sent follow-up emails. <br /> <br />Tuesdav. Wayne Allard <br />Sean Conway, Chief of Staff and Mandi McKinley, Legislative Assistant <br />Tom Browning, Tracy Bouvette, John Lagomarcino and Jim Reasoner, Chatfield <br />Reservoir Reallocation Coalition <br /> <br />Tom Browning opened the meeting, initiated introductions, and provided a brief <br />overview of the Coalition's mission. Jim Reasoner thanked Sean Conway and Mandi <br />McKinley for Senator Allard's leadership and help in securing FY07 funding for the <br />Chatfield FR/EIS and requested that the project continues to need his help with the FY08 <br />request.
