Weare looking for the quantification of impacts related to the change in reservoir <br />pool elevation on wetlands; habitat; and water quality, including the impact of <br />submerging the large trees on each. <br />. When/how will potential synergies between environmental mitigation actions be <br />characterized? <br />. Does the environmental mitigation need to occur prior to storing water? <br />. How and when will it be determined whether or not the Park will remain open <br />during construction? <br /> <br />Read Ahead <br />Monday June 18th, the coalition has a meeting in Washington DC with important members <br />of the USACE HQ civil works staff. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss topics of <br />relevance regarding the development of the FR/EIS, issues with funding and conducting the <br />seismic stability report (SSR), preparation of water contracts between USACE and CWCB, <br />and FY08 federal appropriations. The specific topics discussed and supported by the <br />subcommittee included: <br /> <br />.
