Then we have this committee, and the committee has been working, formation of <br />the new entity is one of our new efforts. Bring on board the environmental consulting, <br />they are on board and under contract, Steve Doherty and Mary Powell, been working, <br />low level meeting to cover what has been done so far, where are we going, what would it <br />look lie, Chapter 3 and 4 ofEIS. Second <br />part here, facilitator, actually been 9 different people interviewed or talked about, I have a <br />second handout, this lists what we are looking for win this person. We are behind <br />producing this product, we are 5 years behind, we are watching the Corps do this. Come <br />to a screeching halt, for various reasons. We know its complex, many entities, all 15 can't <br />come to all of these meetings, if we had an advocate, support to management, maybe this <br />would be more efficient. Single person representing the 15 entities. Where are we? <br />Several people have declined. Others we interviewed, but not sure right person. 2 others <br />yet to interview. No RFP, been targeting people who know about EIS, Corps processes, <br />local water development issues, and some of the personalities involved here. It's a <br />challenge, not ready with specific recommendation yet. Mentioned Katie Fendell, but no <br />actual recommendation.
