point to make a recommendation. Quite energetic effort to analyze need for new organization
entity. Austin Henry, lawyer for Aurora, researching and developing key documents for forming
such an entity. All the documentation needed. All in draft, idea is to come to committee for
comments, meeting Monday at Denver Water to talk about what this says, do we like where
we're going, in anticipating of reporting at Coordination meeting on Tuesday. Met with Jeff
Shoemaker, how Greenway Foundation worked in past, possibly in future, what this entity might
do, or have some functions beyond those accomplished with Greenway. Moving in that
direction. Entity would come into being around 1 st of year, used on how consulting contracts
would be worked out, continue through rest of planning process into mitigation implementation,
and even into operational phase of the project. Trying to leave the message we're working on
this.

Tom: Any interviews set up at this time?

Rick: Chip Paulson, Paula Dockis, talking with them, John Kaufman knows someone, breakfast
meeting Monday with them, and Bob, you're coming to this? Stuff going on about this.

Tom: Anything else?

Kent: Chart to be burned, with no project names on front. I have comments, should I go ahead
and send those, and identify them by line number, send to TT? Would that be OK?

Rick: They should be delighted to get your comments.

Kent: The one we got today, I need to make comments on. I had a mistake on the conduit name,
on the cumulative impacts table... So I can do comments on both of them.

Bob: There were a couple of things I rewrote. I've already seen the comments.

Kent: So I will send them to Gary.

Rick: Becky? Going to write some comments and send out to other environmental
organizati ons?

Becky: I work with a lot of environmental organizations, we will be trying to translate what has
been going on and send it out, seems like up to now there has been a bit of a void, I can act as
sort of a conduit to those folks. To provide that extra support and help whatever we can. I
would love to get input. Thank you.

Tom: Appreciate your help. Anything else before we disband. No next meeting until we get
info, will e-mail when we have it. Thanks, I appreciate your time.

9) Action Items and Next Steps.

14
