Karen: All these new little pieces that keep coming up, new datums, adds more time to the back
end of it. Everybody realizes the urgency and importance of this.

Bill: When you can start your mitigation design vs. ROD, there was a recent decision to let a
design go forward with a ROD.

Ronda: That's a chance we would risk. There's a lot of risk in this game.

Tom: As far as tomorrow, there's a huge component of coordination, what do we need, what's
missing, who's finishing what, try to get a sense of where they're at, what the schedule is, what
do we expect to see on the 13th when the Corps is here, it's not going to be talking about things
that don't matter, why bother.

Bill: This whole topic, there is also coordinating committee, if it involves the water users. This
topic #5, because it reflects to involve the other users, it's a coordinating committee issue.

Tom: We can go back to 3 and 4 and spend all the time you need.

Ronda: Until EDA W has a plan it's hard to talk about it.

Tom: Where do you draw the line, if we talk about any mitigation issues, and then go the
coordination meetings, the topic seems to be relevant,

Bill: We got through the environmental and mitigation issues. We report back to the committee.

Tom: Do you mean the coordination committee, the smaller group?

Bill: Where all the users are involved... where is that going, by the way? The executive board?

Tom: We have the coordination meetings, like the 6th, then the coordination committee, the
smaller committee, or called oversight committee.

6) South Platte Water Related Activities Program (SPWRAP) Update

Tom: (passing out copies.) This is just a letter that came from Brooke, more of a proposal, goes
back to earlier discussion, with network's involvement with this group. Wanted to share with
you, let you know, trying to formalize relationship between CWCB and this project and the
network, if you have any concerns or comments, let me know. They apologize on not being
here.

Rick: Tells their understanding of their role?

Tom; They are on board. Any questions, call or E-mail me? Any info on SPWRAP?

Rick: 14 are in officially as members.

12
