Other Items:
· The CWCB will contact the Attorney General's office to inquire about a document that is needed
for the Hock Hocking re-apportion agreement. A final expression of the water user interest in the
Hock-Hocking share of the reallocated storage is expected to be produced by the AG's office by
May 10th.
· The CWCB is maintaining the Chatfield web page within the CWCB Flood Protection site.
Interested parties can view and print meeting agendas, sign-in sheets, and summaries.
· The Greenway Foundation team indicated that a trip to Washington DC is in order for June to visit
the Corps Headquarters, and selected congressional members. The focus of the trip will be to
discuss key EIS/FR, ROD and post-ROD issues, as well as FY08 project funding. The water users
should select a representative from each of the upstream, downstream and instream groups to
attend. The exact dates of the visit and the agenda will be developed over the next few weeks
working closely with the Omaha Corps and the CWCB. The Greenway Team was asked by the
water users to provide a draft agenda/list of issues prior to the trip to Washington, which will be
provided as soon as possible following the necessary coordination and pre-planning.
· The study team will form two subcommittees to assist in addressing significant issues related to
environmental mitigation and recreation mitigation. The detailed environmental mitigation plan,
for example, is not expected to be part of the FR/EIS, but will be created after the ROD is
executed. Committee formation and goals will be further discussed as the process moves forward.

Next meeting date:
· June 20, 2007
· Time: 9:30am (see note below)
· Location: Tetra Tech conference room, Lakewood, Colorado

Note:
Eric Laux has requested the meeting begin at 9:00am instead of 9:30am to better accommodate his flight
schedule from/to Omaha.

4
