meeting were U.S. Corps of Engineers, Tetra Tech-Corps' Study Contractor, Chatfield
Water Users Sub Committee members, Colorado State Parks, Colorado Water
Conservation Board and Interested Parties from Environmental and Water Groups.

Discussion Topics:
1. Report on the signing of the "Letters of Commitment" (Letters) - The signed
letters with the water users are: Central Colorado Water Conservancy District
(3/15/05), Denver Botanic Gardens (3/22/05), Roxborough Park Metropolitan District
(3/16/05), South Metro Water Supply Authority (3/23/05), Parker Water and
Sanitation District (3/31/05), Centennial Water and Sanitation District (3/15/05),
Town of Castle Rock (4/21/05), Castle Pines North Metropolitan District (3/28/05),
Castle Pines Metropolitan District(4/17/05), Hock Hocking, L.L.C(3/21/05)., Perry
Park Country Club(3/8/05), and Center of Colorado Water Conservancy
District(3/3/05). Communication of Intent (Telephone calls, Entity letter, Cash
services, etc. from a water user received from City of Aurora (City Letter), Western
Mutual Ditch Company (Telephone Call Company will sign letter), Colorado Division
of Parks and Outdoor Recreation (Cash Services). No confirmation has been
