<br />Eagle River Water & Sanitation District CWCB Water Conservation Grant Application <br />Page 16 of 1 7 <br /> <br />Task 9: Project Administration - This task. incllldes the overall coordination of pr~ject <br />activities, scheduling personnel, and preparation of monthly progress reports to the <br />District and 50% and 95% progress reports to the CWCB4 <br /> <br />Task RespoIlsibilities: <br /> <br />District <br />The District will be responsible for scheduling and managing District personneL The <br />District will prepare and submit 500/0 and 95% project progress reports to the CWCB4 <br /> <br />Hydrosphere <br />Hydrosphere will be responsible for scheduling and managing Hydrosphere personneL <br />Hydrosphere will prepare and submit monthly progress reports and invoices to the <br />District. <br /> <br />Task Deliverables: <br />· Monthly invoices and progress reports for the District; and <br />· 50% and 950/0 project progress reports for the C.WCB. <br /> <br />Proposed Proiect Schedule: <br /> <br />The District's proposed Project Schedule, including a 60~day public comment period, is <br />provided in Table 4. The timing of grant approval by the CWCB and other variables may <br />impact the Project schedule.
