Bruce Hutchins reported that the legal due diligence as been completed, and that <br />the closing is scheduled for early February. <br />e. Roaring Fork Watershed. Marls Fuller reported that the report is expected Febn~ary 28, <br />2008. The introduction, regulatory and legal settings, and upper Roaring Fork sub basin <br />chapters have been completed. Marls has requested an additional grant for Phase 2, discussed <br />further below. <br />f. Missouri Heights well monitoring study. No report. <br />11. Future agenda items. <br />a. Rachel Richards recommended a discussion of emerging contaminants in rivers such as <br />hormones. <br />b. Louis Meyer requested that the CBRT discuss at a future meeting what the river would look <br />like in 2050 after unlimited growth. What would be the impacts of decreased agriculture and <br />low flows in the Colorado River with heightened concentrations of effluents and emerging <br />contaminants?
